자주 사용하던 세탁소가 폐업을해서 월드크리닝에 맡겼습니다. 딸 아이 면 점퍼랑 남편 모직 상의 자켓 맡겼는데 어떨지 모르겠네요... 주변에 세탁소가 많이 없어지는 상황이고 가격도 오르고 있는 추세라 런드리고 이용할까...하다가 2개라서 직접 맡겼습니다~

생각보다 세탁 품질이 좋진 않지만 가까워서 이용합니다

패딩 세탁을 맡겼는데 소매가 오그라들었어요. 비싼 건 아니었지만 산 지 3개월밖에 안 된 패딩이라 속이 상했습니다. 사장님이 본사에서 보상을 해 준다며 2-3주 기다리라고 하였으나 한 달이 지난 지금까지도 보상을 못 받고 있습니다. 사장님은 본사 보험회사에서 처리해주는 거니 자기는 어떻게 할 방법이 없다고만 하고 전화도 피하고 문자에도 답이 없어요. 계속 본사에 책임 전가하시고 나몰라라 하시는 모습 때문에 기존에 좋은 인상을 받았었는데 실망스럽습니다.
