中国・青島で味わった北京ダックを思い出して訪れた新沙駅の「왕스덕」。全聚徳式の正統な焼き方で仕上げた鴨は、皮はパリッと、中はしっとり。薄餅と一緒に食べる構成も完璧でした。上品な空間と丁寧なサービスまで満足できる食事でした。
