18년에 너무 기분좋은 서울여행을 했어서 6년만의 재방문인데 많이 바뀌었내요.. ㅠㅠ 욕조에서 집게벌레도 나오고, 연박인데 하우스키핑 요청해도 안해주시구... 어메니티 비고, 콘센트 퓨즈가 죽어서 조명이 켜지지 않았구.. 위치, 뷰, 가격 너무 좋은 곳이라 조금만 더 개선해주셨으면.. 🥹

정말 많은 호텔을 이용해 봤는데요. 제 인생 최악의 호텔이였어요. 강남 메인 도로에있는 호텔인데 어떻게 이렇게 관리를 하나 싶어요. 욕실은 검정곰팡이가 가득하고, 욕조물은 배수가 안되서 샤워도 못했어요. 방에 하나있는 스텐드는 작동도 안되구여 에어컨은 냄새나고 조절도 tv리모콘으로 하니 온도가 몇도인지 풍량이 줄어든건지 확인도 안되고, 청결상태도 엉망이고, 방음도안되고.. 모텔보다도 못한 호텔이였어요. 1박17만원 이였는데, 돈을 더주고 좋은 호텔가던가 덜주고 깨끗한 모텔가는게 나아요. 직원들도 안친절하시고, 다신안가요.
