ロッテの従業員はマートでもスーパーでも競合他社に比べて無愛想だが、開化山駅のロッテスーパーは史上最高だ。家の前にあるのでよく利用しますが、行くたびに嫌な気分になります。特にレジスタッフは…ロッテでは社員研修を行っていないのでしょうか？無理に優しくしろとは言いませんが、不親切にするならせめてきちんとした方がいいですよ。品揃えもお惣菜も豊富でどれも美味しいのですが、この店は従業員のせいで評価が低いです。
