세달 전부터 인간관계랑 학업땜에 너무 스트레스 받아서 도저히 안되겠다싶어서 방문했어요..ㅠㅠ 위로 되는 말도 많이 받고 딱 핵심을 짚어주시는 느낌이어서 세달동안 많이 후련해졌어요ㅜㅜ 처방받은 약도 효과 좋은 거 같아요 감사합니다!

최근 직장 상사와의 관계의 스트레스로 인해 우울감과 심적으로 너무너무 힘들었습니다 .. 주변 사람들에게 말을 해도 나아지지 않아 정신과 치료를 받아보라는 지인의 조언으로 알아보게되었습니다. 접근성을 우선으로 해서 퇴근하고 갈수있는데를 알아봤고, 예약을 통해 여러번 진료를 봤습니다. 상담과 약물치료로 확실히 활력을 되찾아가고있습니다. 직장상사로부터 나를 벗어나는 연습도 하고 있구요. 그러한 과정에서 여자 의사쌤께서 제 얘기를 상세하게 잘들어주시고 제멘탈을 강하게 만들어주시는 것 같았어요. 선생님의 멘탈이 단단하셔서 저를 잘 잡아주는 느낌이었습니다. 또한 상담자체가 편안한느낌이 들도록 의사선생님께서 노력해주시고...좋았습니다. 매번 감사한 마음에 남깁니다.
