モダンジンジンはいつもお客さんで賑わっています。オーナーもスタッフもフレンドリーです。ジャージャー麺の味は誰もが知っている基本的なジャージャー麺と全く同じですが、味付けが少し濃いめです。かなりの量の水を飲みました。

ちゃんぽんの量は他の中華料理店のちゃんぽんの量の8割くらいのようです。あまりない。スープは濃いですが深くはありません。チャンポンを食べに戻るつもりはありません。

美味しいと聞いたので行ってみたのですが、ランチ時だったので当然待ちました…牡蠣のちゃんぽんが本当に美味しかったです。トレージャージャン、炊き込みご飯、わた、酢豚、どれも美味しかったです。待つことを忘れる美味しさです＾＾
