환자가 2년 6개월 동안 가장 많이 애용한 약국입니다 이번에 처방전과 동일한 제품이 없어서 향만 다른 제품으로 받아 왔는데 환자가 처음 접하는 것이라서 구토거부반응이 너무 심해 전화로 처방전 대로 교환가능여부 확인후 딸이랑 방문했죠 주치의의 실수로 추가로 받은 처방전 약 까지 이용했는데도 대응하시는 분의 너무나 너무나 냉냉하고 화난 무표정에 정말 불쾌했습니다 약국 분위기까지도 냉냉하게 느껴졌어요 혹시 cctv 약국내부에 있다면 당신의 태도를 한 번 점검해보세요 약사라면 고객응대를 그렇게 해도 되는지 불쾌한 느낌의 여운이 너무나 짙어서 평생 처음 리뷰 달아봅니다

약국 앞, 옆쪽으로 주차 가능해서 편해요~ 병원에서 외부약 처방받을땐 꼭 들려요 항상 친절하시고 설명도 잘해주세요~
