라멘에 진심인 사장님이 소박하게 하는 시오라멘 맛집 감칠맛 가득한 육수에 깔끔한 향신료 터치로 끝까지 맛있게 먹었습니다. 면은 너무 굵지 않고 육수랑 잘 어울려서 술술 들어가더라구요. 면도 직접 만든다고 적혀있었는데 여쭤보지는 않았습니다. 사장님이 티를 내지 않아서 잘 안보이지만 타마고 고명도 통째로 주셨는데 반숙으로 아주 맛있게 익어서 중간중간에 슥 먹으면 기분이 좋더라구요. 챠슈도 고기맛 나면서 기분좋게 야들야들해서 잘 먹었습니다. 번창하셨으면 좋겠습니다. 또 갈게요!

맛 특시오라멘- 토핑에 간이 약해 재료 본연의 맛을 즐길 수 있는게 너무 좋았음. 스프는 유화된 국물로 끝맛에 소고기 다시다의 감칠맛이 들어옴 라멘보다 국밥스타일의 국물이다. 토핑이 슴슴한 상태에서 국물도 간이 약해 뭔가 치고 오는 맛이 있었으면 함. 향미유가 존재감이 약해 좀 더 치고들어오는 식으로 변형하는 것도 좋을 듯 했음 서비스 친절하고 청결함 가성비 아직 양을 조절 중이시라 하셔서 평가를 못하겠음
