かわいい子供服がたくさんあるので、季節ごとによく買っていますが、本当に残念だったのは、いつ来ても店員さんの口調がどの人も愛想が悪く、気持ちの良い買い物ができないことです:) なので、いつもネットで買うようにしているのですが、ZARAに行くときは本当に不便です。 ZARAを採用する際にはそのようなコンセプトで従業員を採用しているのでしょうか！話しかけるのが怖い社員ばかりです！ （水着がまだ届いていないと言っていたが、水着はあった。一部交換と返金をしているのに、なぜ私の前にスキャナーを投げるの？商品に関する質問にすべて不快な素っ気ない答えが返ってくるのは残念だ！）
