음료 나오는 거 마이크로 일일이 다 불러주는데 카톡 보고 알아서 찾아갈 수 있는 사람들은 굳이 안 불러도 될 것 같다는 생각이 들었어요 목소리가 저음이면 마이크 볼륨이 더 크게 느껴져서 시끄러웠고 카페가 아니라 마치 식당이나 마트,행사장에 왔나?싶었어요 손님이 여유롭게 머무르는 공간이라기보다 관광지처럼 주문량이 너무나도 많아 빠르게 처리해야 하는 곳에 더 잘 어울리는 운영 방식처럼 느껴졌어요 마이크 볼륨 줄이거나 5-10분 내외로 안 가져가는 사람들만 부르던가 진동벨 도입하는 게 훨씬 나을 것 같은데 같이 수다 떨면서 시간 보낼 사람들이면 상관이 없는데 잔잔하게 힐링하면서 책 읽고 싶은 분들께는 이 카페 비추천해요 조용한 분위기를 선호하신다면 저처럼 스트레스받지 마시고 스타벅스 가세요

매장 넓고 좋음 끝날시간이 되서 그런가 키오스크 꺼있어서 물어보는데도 직원이 떠들기 바쁘고 친절하지않음

중앙타워에 오면 자주 들리는 곳이예요. 매장이 넓고 깨끗해서 항상 사람이 많지만 대기가 길지도. 않고 아이들과 함께 찾기에도 부담이 없어요. (바로 앞에 화장실이나 엘레베이터가 있는 것도 장점) (오랜만에 왔더니 여기 정책이 바뀐건지 주차중복할인은 안되네요. 아쉬)
