송파구 잠실 롯데백화점 근처에 위치한 베이크네서 치즈 타르트를 구매했어요 테이크아웃 전문점이라 주문한 뒤에 오래 기다리지 않고 바로 받았습니다 매장 앞을 지나갈 때 풍기는 고소한 버터 향에 이끌려 방문하게 되었는데 노란색 타르트가 정갈하게 진열되어 보는 것만으로도 무척 즐거웠습니다 치즈 타르트의 바닥 부분은 과자처럼 아주 바삭한 식감이었어욛 두 번 구워내서 그런지 눅눅하지 않고 씹을수록 고소한 버터 맛이 났습니다 안을 가득 채운 커스터드 필링은 매우 부드러우면서도 촉촉한 느낌이었어요 치즈 특유의 짭조름하면서도 달콤한 맛이 크림 제형과 조화롭게 어울립니다 바삭한 겉면과 촉촉한 속 부분의 대비가 훌륭해서 식감이 무척이나 좋았으며 치즈 향이 진하지만 느끼하지 않아서 누구나 호불호 없이 즐길 맛이었어요
