엽떡 다녀왔는데 전반적으로 실망스러웠습니다. 단무지는 이미 상한 상태였고, 주방 위생도 깔끔하다는 느낌을 전혀 받지 못했습니다. 손님 응대 역시 무성의했고, 음식이 나왔을 때도 기대할 만한 부분이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 맛이 예전 같지 않고 전체적으로 떨어졌다는 인상이 강했습니다. 재방문 의사는 없습니다 전체적으로 매장 관리에 대한 기준이 낮게 느껴졌습니다. 식품을 다루는 곳인 만큼 기본적인 위생 관리와 식자재 상태에 더 신경 써야 할 것 같습니다. 또한 응대와 음식의 완성도 모두 매장 관리 수준을 그대로 드러내는 요소라고 생각합니다. 한 번의 방문 경험이 브랜드에 대한 인상을 좌우할 수 있다는 점을 고려해, 전반적인 운영과 품질 관리에 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

포장해서 한강가서 먹었는데 오랜만에 먹는 엽떡 너무 맛있고 좋네요~! 베이컨도 추가해서 먹고싶었는데 베이컨이 다 떨어졌다고해서 조금 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ 그거빼곤 정말 여전히 엽떡은 넘맛있어오👍👍👍
