분할결제를 진행하다 카운터 직원의 계산 착오로 음료 금액이 중복 청구되어있었음. 정확한 근거를 들어 설명했음에도 카운터 직원은 설명을 제대로 듣지도 않고 우기고, 오히려 나를 가르치는 말투로 "이해되셨어요?"라고 되물으며 불쾌감을 줌. 그래서 그냥 상황을 끝내려고 특히 결제가 끝난 뒤 "이렇게 나눠서 결제하니까 헷갈리잖아요~"라며 고객의 탓으로 돌리고 훈계하는 태도는 서비스직으로서 매우 부적절하다고 생각합니다. 내지 않아야 할 돈까지 내고 이런 무시를 당해야 하는지 화가 납니다. 본인이 계산 잘못 하고서는 반성도 안하고 무조건 주장하는 모습이 너무 별로입니다. 오랜만에 이런 화가 나는 소비 하네요^^ 자기주장이 확고한 직원이신 듯 합니다. 절대 고객 말 안 들으니 여러분이라도 가지 마세요 제발😌🙏🏻

포장 전화 응대 불친절한 것도 불안했는데, 포장하러 가서 사장님의 불친절함이 너무 거슬릴 정도 였어요. 전화로 포장하는 손님이면 수수료도 없고 땡큐일텐데, 틱틱거리며 귀찮다는 듯 대하는게 너무 불쾌하네요. 다신 안갑니다.
