店主が炭火で丁寧に焼き上げているためか、香りが全然違います。ほのかな炭の香りとカリカリとした食感があり、ただ塩辛いだけではなく奥深い味わいです。ご飯に巻いても美味しいし、一枚ずつ食べてもついつい手が伸びてしまいます😊 良い素材で誠実に作られているのがしっかりと伝わってきます。本当に美味しいのでオススメです。子供たちも楽しんでいます。オーナーさんも気さくな方なので、また伺いたいと思います。

最近のキムはどこも似たようなものだと思っていたが、ここは明らかに違う。炭火で直接焼いているためか、単なる塩味ではなく香りが深く、旨みが長く残ります。店内は綺麗に管理されていたので衛生面にも自信があり、オーナーさんもとても明るく気さくな方だったので満足して購入できました。理由もなく美味しくなったというわけではありませんが、本当に誠実に海苔を作ったような気がします。今後も頻繁に訪れることになると思います👍
