직원 분이 너무 불친절하고 말투가 화가 많이 나 있었어요. 한 분은 친절하신데 한 분이 손님들한테 화풀이 하는건지 기본 응대부터 모든 말을 짜증을 내면서 하시더라구요… 다들 눈치보느라 대기실 분위기가 어수선했었어요..

昨日は夜間診療に行きましたが、たるみ患者さんがいました。看護師先生が長くお待たせして申し訳ありませんでしたが、私も脂肪腫除去で訪れた記憶があり、十分に理解できました。治療は一般診療よりも長くかかり、待っている方も大変でしょうが、診療を受ける患者も申し訳ない気持ちに早急な気がします。でも先生たちはできるだけ細かく見ていただいた心を知るために診療を受ける患者として感謝し、それで信じてずっと通っています。今は肌がひっくり返って訪問していますが過剰診療しないで数年で初めて押出されたのですが、管理室の先生も丁寧に管理していただきました。
