最初は店舗が綺麗で親切だったので、カチサン駅の近くに薬局がたくさんあり、行きつけの薬局を持っていたのですが、カチサンシャイン薬局に行きました。 17時19分に訪問したところ、夫が頼んだパッチが合っているのか迷ったので、違っていたら交換に来ますと伝えると、今日中に来てほしいとのこと。開けずにレシートも持って行きますとお伝えしましたが、来ている時に来て交換か返金をお願いしたいとのことでした。夕食の準備の時間だったので、使用したものの返金や交換を求めることはできませんでしたが…ほとんどの対応は不便でした。
