어제 밤 10시쯤 건대점 방문했는데 정말 실망했습니다. 홀은 모든 테이블에 국물이 튀어 있고 앉을 자리가 없을 정도로 지저분했는데 직원들이 많음에도 청소가 전혀 안 되고 있었습니다. 겨우 그나마 깨끗한 자리(여기 또한 국물 튀어 있었음)에 앉아 주문했는데 홀에 저희밖에 없었음에도 음식은 한참 지나서야 나왔습니다. 배달이 많더라도 홀 손님이 먼저 아닌가요? 떡볶이도 다른 지점과 달리 지나치게 매워 먹기 힘들었고, 일부러 그런 건가 싶을 정도였습니다. 게다가 저희 자리 옆 유리창에 ‘소방진입창문’이라고 적혀 있었는데 그 앞에 아예 저희 테이블이 놓여 있었습니다. 소방진입창문 옆에 장애물이 있는게 위법인걸로 알고 있는데 신경 쓰셔야 될 거 같아요. 위생, 서비스, 안전까지 모두 아쉬운 지점이었습니다.

자주 시켜 먹는 곳인데 이번에 위치가 안쪽에 새로 생긴 건물로 옮겼더라고요. 집 근처고 가까워서 자주 사러 가는 곳 인데 알바하는 여자분 너무 불친절. 요즘은 불편한게 참 많은가봐요. 위치가 옮겨지면 멘트라도 고지해 주시는곳도 많고 그게 없더라도 알려주셨음 좋았겠다하면 대처가 그런 개씹은 표정은 안하는게 맞겠죠?!
