9月5日に入院手続きを受ける予定だったので、病院に直接予約を入れました。 8月26日のことですが、その時点では各ベッドともラグジュアリーツインとして予約されていたようです。同日9月5日10時20分頃に病院に到着した。手術前にホテルに荷物を預けようと電話したところ、15時から可能とのことだったのでパス。その後、午前10時50分頃に再び男性から電話があり、「はい」と答えました。彼は部屋がなく、ベッドが 1 つだけ残っていると言いました。その頃からだったと思います。とても気分が悪かったです。部屋がないから分かりましたと言い、手術後ホテルへ向かいました。ロビーでは405号室で、下にカラオケルームとクラブがあると教えてもらいました。少しうるさいと言われましたが、夜11時からはカラオケルームやクラブウーファーの音がベッドや床から響き渡り、心に届きました。朝の8時45分まで鳴ってたっけ？私は一晩中起きていました。追加の毛布代しか支払われず、水も泡洗顔もなし、最悪中の最悪です。もう二度と戻りません。
