상담시간 짧음. 아이 진료는 거의 1분 미만. 보호자가 어떤 질문을 해도 '네' 또는 '그럴수있어요 증상중하나에요' 라고 하심. 아이에게 어떻게 대해야하는지, 어떤 말이나 도움을 줄 수 있는지 조언이나 설명없음. 약처방 끝. 직원분들은 친절함. 원장님도 불친절 하신건 아니지만 처방 외에는 기대할 수 없어서 아쉽습니다.

놀이치료 선생님 이력이나 그런걸 좀 공개했으면 합니다. 8만원씩 내면서 치료받으러 갔는데 내 아이의 관찰 된 모습들 그런 얘기는 안꺼내고 부모가 이래야 된다 저래야 된다 그런말만 하시더라구요. 돈,시간 써서 치료 받으러 왔는데.. 되려 책임전가 시동거시는 거 같아서 듣기 불편하더라구요. 일단 병원에서의 치료 부담감은 치료사님 몫 아닌가요? 그냥 키즈카페처럼 놀다갈꺼면 뭐하러 8만원이나 내고 40분 놀러 가겠습니까. (부모가 비전문가이니까 전문가한테 치료받으러 온 거거든요.) 치료사 이력도 모르고 시간 선택만 해서 등록할 수 있는 시스템이던데.. 원장님한테 신뢰도가 확 쌓였다가 치료사 선생님 경험하고 병원 신뢰도가 확 떨어졌습니다.
