風邪で病院に行ったあと、薬をもらいに下の薬局に寄ったのですが、ビタミンも一緒に買いたくて薬剤師さんにおすすめをお願いしました。おすすめしていただいた天然ビタミンの隣に見覚えのあるものがあったので、そちらとどう違うのか聞いたところ、急にその隣の商品をそのまま会計に通されてしまいました。なので、ビタミンのことがよく分からないからおすすめをお願いしたのに、これをそのまま通すんですか…と言うと、もうおすすめしましたよ。広告を見て来た方はだいたい買うものが決まっているので、これでいいですよと…。お客さんが薬について分からないから薬剤師さんに聞いて、商品を比べて買うのは当然のことなのに、本当に戸惑いました…。一度説明するのが面倒だったのかな…と思いながら、ただ職業意識が足りない方なんだなと思って出ました。
