ホテルではありません、モーテルよりも悪いようです。なぜ窓があるのでしょうか？閉めても外の騒音はずっと聞こえます。車の騒音が気になって眠れないし、お金払って寝れないほど酷くて…嗚咽。

チェックアウト時間はYanoljaでは14:00、Naverでは13:00と表示されます。現地でお支払いいただいた場合でも、チェックアウト時間は1時間早くなります。しかし、これもチェックイン時に通知されません。そうすると、当然アプリに表示されている時間がチェックアウト時間だと思いますが、それが違うと誰が思うでしょうか？ 14時だと思って準備していたのですが、電話があり13時だと言われ追加料金を支払いました。次回は13時チェックアウトの準備をしましたが、12時過ぎに電話があり、チェックアウト時間を過ぎているとのことで、追加料金を要求されました。空室があるのにアプリが予約をブロックしてしまうのでアプリでの支払いができず、現地支払いの方が高くつき、意味がないと思います。 13時に出る時は隣の部屋と引っ越したのですが、その部屋は追加料金がかからないのを見て目を丸くして、もう来ないと言ってそのまま出て行きました。部屋の騒音とタバコの臭いは冗談ではありませんでした。
