전문의약품 주사펜 사용 중 기기 불량이 발생하여 약국에 불량 접수 및 제조사 전달 가능 여부를 문의했습니다. 그러나 약국 측에서는 “처방약이라 약사법 위반이 될 수 있어 아무런 조치를 할 수 없다”, “제조사와 소비자가 직접 해결할 문제”라는 답변만 반복했고, 소비자원 상담 내용에 대해서도 추가적인 안내나 확인은 없었습니다. 이후에는 보건소에 신고하라는 말만 들었습니다. 기기 불량 자체보다도, 불량 발생 시 약국의 기본적인 안내나 협조가 없었던 점이 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 동일한 상황을 겪을 수 있는 분들께 참고가 되었으면 합니다.
