道峰区にある元堂泉は、約600年前にパピョンユン氏が元堂村に定住した際に飲料水として利用されていました。村の名前にちなんで元堂泉と名付けられました。今でも飲料水として利用されており、地元の人々が飲んでいます。

軽い散歩に最適で、すぐ隣には韓屋図書館、燕山君陵、芳鶴洞のイチョウ並木、元堂泉のミネラルウォーターもあります。東屋からは池に咲く睡蓮が見え、松並木も素敵です。
