맛은 있으나 서비스가 불친절하네요,, 홀에서 먹기전에 미리 전화주문을 하는데 본인들 바쁘니 직접와서 주문을 하라고 하고 홀에 도착해서 주문을 하고나서 저희가 직접 미리 앞접시를 테이블에 두고 기다리다가 음식이 나와서 직원분이 음식을 테이블에 올려두는데 음식접시와 저희 앞접시가 부딪혀서 소리 크게 났는데 그냥 가시고,, 위 행동들에 대해선 사과가 일절없었습니다 ,,저희도 별대응없이 기분나쁜상태로 빨리 먹고 나왔어요

クリスマスイブだからデリバリーだと時間かかりすぎると思って来店テイクアウトで注文したのに、承認された時点でピックアップまで1時間て。やっぱり混んでるんだな〜と思ってたら、予定時間過ぎても準備完了の通知が来なくて。忙しくて押し忘れたのかなと思いつつ8時50分頃に行ったら、そこで初めて「漏れてしまって今から調理します」って言われてㅡㅜ 20分待って、謝罪もサービスも一切なし。一緒に食べようと頼んだチキンはすっかり冷えてて、本当に腹が立ちます。
