도심 속 대규모 힐링 스팟인 상암 월드컵스파랜드24에 다녀왔습니다. 월드컵경기장역과 바로 연결되어 접근성이 정말 좋고 경기장 내 넓은 주차 공간 덕분에 차로 방문하기에도 아주 편리하더라고요. 이곳은 매장이 정말 넓고 쾌적하게 관리되어 있는 장소였습니다. 전통 불한증막부터 소금방 황토방 등 테마별 찜질 공간이 다양해서 취향껏 즐기기 좋고 뜨끈하게 땀을 내고 나니 일상의 피로가 싹 풀리는 기분이었어요. 내부 식당과 매점이 잘 갖춰져 있어 찜질 후 먹는 식혜와 맥반석 계란은 정말 꿀맛이었습니다. 휴게 공간도 넉넉하고 키즈존까지 마련되어 있어 아이들과 함께 오기에도 안성맞춤인 곳이에요.

시설은 노후된거 감안하면 괜찮음 직원들이 최악입니다. 티비보느라 고객 대응도 안하고, 주차 시간 넣어달라는데 짜증내는 일하기 싫은 사람들 가득 모아놓은곳. 피곤하고 힘들순 있는데 그걸 고객한테 풀면 안되죠.

야간에 일하는 카운터 할머니 두 분 서비스 엉망 타지 사람이라고 무시하는 겁니까? 사장인지 직원인지 모르겠지만 장사 똑바로 합시다. 서비스업의 기본도 안되있으신 분들!!
