직원분이 말투만 친절하고 응대내용이 불친절해요.. 스벅에서 이렇게 별로였던적 처음이에요. 앞 손님 응대도 별로더니..

매장이 쾌적하고 음료됴 맛있고 좋아요. 다만 혼자서 테이블 2개 이상 차지하고 있는 사람들이 타 매장 대비 너무너무 많아요. 신금호점이 통 건물에 공간이 넓은데도 불구하고 항상 자리가 없어요. 특히 노트북석 자리를 정비했으면 합니다. 외부에서 산 듯한 음식을 취식하는 분도 있고요. 매장 관리를 했으면 하네요.
