対応があまりにも失礼だったので、今後はRoomingを利用しないつもりです。注文した商品のうち、1灯が店頭で在庫切れでした。届くまで2週間ほど待ちましたが、破損品が届きました。 1. 破損を確認した後、電話したところ、何の謝罪も理解もなく、商品と箱の写真を送るように言われました。 2. 写真を送る連絡先を聞いたのですが、1時間経っても連絡先が送られてこないので待ちました。再度電話し、1時間後に連絡先を受け取り、すぐに写真を送ったのですが、メッセージを確認しても返事がなく、さらに1時間待っています。 3. 輸送中に破損があったとしても、照明箱は緩衝材なしで大きな箱の中にあり、内箱にのみ注意シールが貼られていました。相手への敬意が全くなく、不親切なので使用はおすすめしません。

インテリアとしても素敵な商品がたくさんあります！そこに行くと、目が回ってしまいます🥹 マネージャーのキム・ヨンウンさんが詳しく親切に商品を紹介してくれたので、気に入った商品を選ぶことができました🖤 経済的なことを考えて、必要なHAYウォールシェルフ、テーブル、サイドテーブル、椅子、電源コンセントだけを購入しました:) 設置してみると、とても可愛くて実用的で、誇らしげでした（笑）。
