야근해서 배고픈 상태로 먹다보니 이상한 역한 맛과 냄새가 나서 보니까 치킨 안이 이상하게 노랗게 되어있더라고요.. 그래서 전화 매장에 치킨 상태가 이상하다고 컴플레인을 걸었더니 교촌 허니콤보는 원래 그렇다고 하셔서 문자로 사진 보냈더니 당일날 들어오는 치킨이라며 다음부터는 환불 해줄테니 다른 매장 가라면서 사과 한마디 없이 진상취급하더라고요 몇년동안 포장, 배달, 매장 안에서 종종 시켜먹었는데 원하시는대로 안갈려고요 앞으로 배신감 느끼네요

교촌 금호점 다른 곳보다 치킨이 훨씬 바삭하고 맛있어서 치킨 시킬 때면 일부러 이곳에서 시켜요! 근처 사는 지인들에게도 교촌 먹는다면 이곳으로 추천해 줬는데 다들 좋아했어요. 오랜만에 매장에서 먹었는데 기름을 신선한 것을 쓰시는지 바삭함이 다릅니다. 사장님께서 친절하시고 매장도 깨끗해요.

방문포장 후 조리 완료되면 가려고 계속 기다리다 1시간이 지나 전화하니 조리완료 되도 표시 안된다고 해서 황당했어요. 매장 바로가니 음식은 다 식어 있어서 집에 가서 식은닭 식은밥 먹었습니다. 개선 필요해 보여요.
