1. 中渓店だけでこれまで10回以上注文している。2. 엽떡アプリで注文して、店内で約30分待った。3. 女性スタッフ2人が店内客のカップルの注文を忘れ、卵蒸しだけ出した。カップルは떡볶이が来なくて怒っていて、謝りもしないと隣で散々文句を言っていた。4. 30分ほど待ってからいつ出来上がるか聞いたら、突然袋を渡されて持って行けと言われた。5. 自分が待っているのを知っているのにピックアップ完了ボタンを押さず、ずっと調理中のままにしていたのが不満だった。6. それでも何も言わずそのまま持ち帰った。7. 数口食べたところでスタッフから電話が来た。8. 他の客の注文と間違えて梱包してしまったとのこと。9. 自分の注文品は他の人のところへ行ってしまった。10. 全額返金は不可能？
