テイクアウトで食べながらこれを書いています。 2026年2月12日の午後8時50分に来店しました。店員さんは閉店が近いので店内での食事は出来ませんがテイクアウトは出来ると言ったのでそのようにしましたが、非常に不親切だと感じました。スタッフは全てを壊すかのように叩きつけていて、帰り際に窓から私たちを見て、ホールにいる女性に話しかけていました。韓国に50年以上住んでいますが、このような光景を見たのは初めてです。子供たちも一緒にいたので、子供たちの一日を台無しにしたくなかったので、わざわざ戻って尋ねることはしませんでした。しかし、それはできません。本当に不条理な経験をしました。

氷を補充したり水を追加したりすることは、店主にとってそれほど大きな損失でしょうか?原価を見ても数十ウォンでしかないのに、なぜ単価が高いからといって客を軽視するのか理解できません。サービスに支障をきたすほど客が多い時間帯ではなかった。このような経験をしているのは私だけだと思い、他のレビューを調べてみたところ、同じような苦情が繰り返し寄せられていました。レビューを残さなかった方も含めると、さらに被害件数はどれくらいになるのか想像もつきません。店主は基本的な接客からもう一度本部の研修を受ける必要があると思います。
