직원 분실물 대응력이 최악이네요. 매뉴얼이 없나요 그곳은? 퇴실하고 분실물 확인 부탁드린다고 좋게좋게 말해도 귀찮아하는 말투로 내일 전화 달라해서 기다리고 연락했더니 그동안 찾아보지도 않고 그제서야 오분뒤에 다시 전화해달라하고 ㅋㅋ 모른다고 와서 찾아보라하질않나 그렇게 이틀동안 방치하니 당연히 분실되겠죠; 5만원가량인데 뭐 달라질 상황이 없을거 같아서 그냥 끊었네요 애초에 그런 말투만 아녔어도 제 잘못이니 넘어갔을텐데 화나서 리뷰 남겨요 이런 관리도 좀 신경쓰시길

영등포 숙소 다 가봤는데 여기가 침구 제일 깨끗해요 방은 조금 작지만 침구는 먼지한톨도 안나올만큼 깨끗해서 영등포오면 여기서만 묵어요
