언제나 믿고 구입하는 세사리빙 어제 방문해서 손주 생일 선물로 이불셋트를 구입했습니다. 작년에도 같은 시기에 같은 분에게서 구입을 했었고 판매하시는 분도 알고 계셨음을 먼저 이야기해 주셨습니다만, 결재시 카드를 건네자 “일시불이시죠?“ 라고 통상 ”결재 어떻게 해드릴까요?“ 묻는데 일시불로 결재를 하료고 했음에도 혹여 나를 포함해서 할부를 하시고자 하시는 고객들은 좀 당황하기도 하겠다는 마움과 작년에 구입했음을 알았다면 적립금 사용을 먼저 권유해 주셨어야는데 결재와 동시에 카운터 앞에 기록란에 적립을 위한 내용을 기재하라고 하셔서 그럼 작년 적립금은 얼마이며 언제 사용하느냐고 물으니 그때서야,,, 진행되는 과정이 매끄럽지 않았습니다. 좀더 세심한 배려가 있었으면 하는 마음에서요.
