その従業員は本当に嘘をつき、恥知らずな行動をとりました。外国のホテルでもこんなことはしないと思います。二度と行きたくもありません。 (デラックススタンダードルームは1泊100,000ウォン、4泊合計400,000ウォン) スタッフの再教育をお願いします。

床に水をこぼしてちょっと拭いたら…笑真っ黒になりました。もう少し清潔感に気を配ってもらえると嬉しいです。階段は荷物が積まれて汚くて見た目も良くありませんでした。廊下の壁も布製ですか？建っているので火事になったら大変危険です… オーナーさんは親切でしたが、大柄な従業員や相手の方は無愛想で少し無愛想でした。

それは本当に人々を怒らせます。確定予約で支払いがされていない場合、部屋に入れないと連絡があったのですが、翌日、Hホテルは恥ずかしげもなく支払いを進めてくれました。 Agodaに返金不可のメールを送ってもらったところ、ㅇの内容でした。書いてみたらこれは正しいでしょうか？アゴダに落ち度があるのならともかく、基本的なメールマナーもできておらず、30万ウォンを支払った客に声を荒げ、どうせ返金しないと言う。これを見ていただければ幸いです。スタッフを適切に訓練するように言われたのは無駄ではありません:) 追加:) 支払いが行われる前に予約確認をキャンセルするように明確に頼んだにもかかわらず、彼らは恥知らずにも「私を偽装」し、何も知らないと言いました（笑）。追記）税務署と祖保にそれぞれ申告と苦情を提出するために領収書明細を送付するように依頼しましたが、なぜ応じてくれたのですか？
