신선합니다.재료(통닭,기름)자체가 신선해서 바삭하고 쫄깃한 통닭입니다.사장님과 잠시 대화를 나누어 봤는데 겸손하시고 기름사용등등에 분명한 자기 기준이 있으시네요.좋은 기름을 기준을 두시고 바로 폐기하며 사용하신답니다. 쫄깃하고 바삭합니다.건강한 좋은 통닭집입니다.
