살다살다 어이가 없음! 서울여행가신 부모님 방을 아고다에서 예약해드렸는데, 예약자 이름,결제내역 다 확인되면서 체크인 할 때 방을 안주고, 가족관계증명서를 요구함. 그것도 그 새벽시간에 가족관계증명서??? 이건 농락아닌가요? 어이상실. 카톡 예약 내용 보여드려도 방 안줌. 모텔 체크인할 때 딸이 대리 예약해줬다고 가족관계증명서 요구하는 곳 봤나요?? 결제내역 확인하라고 말해도 그렇게 방 안주고 5분간 실랑이 했다고 함. 체크아웃할 때, 예약확정서 내고 가라고 요청받음. 보내드림. 체크아웃 할 때 그 남자직원은 없었음. (참고로 어제 예약 후, 확인 전화도 했지만 전화연결도 안됨. 그래놓고서 어처구니 없는 대응.) 여직원이 그냥 안녕히가시라고 인사함. 프론트직원 심보가 정상이 아님. 가지마세요.
