Most spots are all about aggressive mala spice, but here they simmer it with sagol (bone broth) so you get deep, rich flavor. One sip and it's this perfect balance of savory and numbing that keeps you coming back for more 😋 Ingredients are fresh with great textures! Veggies, mushrooms, meat, tofu — all generous portions so one bowl fills you up. The broth was so good I ended up mixing in rice at the end lol. You can adjust the spice level so it works even if you bring a friend who can't handle heat! Highly recommend for anyone looking for clean, deep-flavored mala-tang rather than just spicy 💯 Would revisit: 100% yes. Next time trying the mala-xiangguo 🔥
