There are always a lot of customers waiting outside, and if you go a little late (around 11 o'clock?), it's almost sold out, so there are many cases where you can't buy anything. I went early today and I think I waited about 20 minutes. The fig sourdough is moist and chewy on the inside, with lots of figs, and the olive ciabatta is both savory and crispy on the outside, all delicious. I also bought whole grain bread and baguettes. There's a lot of bread so it's filling.

I bought it yesterday and I bought it today too. I was so disappointed that I only bought one olive cheese yesterday, so I went again today, but it was sold out so I couldn't buy it. So I'm going to try again tomorrow. Today I bought a potato baguette and walnut cranberry. It looks really delicious.

I arrived about 10 minutes before opening, and there were about 10 people in line in front of me, and I went in earlier than last time. I liked the pesto jambon beurre better than the standard jambon. All the shower doughs were delicious, regardless of the type, and the potato baguette was light and not heavy. This is my best bakery, the only one in my neighborhood where there is a lot of line up, so the biggest drawback is that most of them are sold out if you don't go early.

The ciabatta and baguette I bought last time tasted even better when I made gambas and ate them together. Today is the weekend, so I arrived around 8:45 before opening and there were three people waiting in front. I waited a long time for it to open at 9:30, but I think it would be a good idea to come around 9:00 and wait. The smell of freshly baked bread and the taste are the best. I also bought a potato baguette, which I had never tried before, and it was really delicious. The dough is really savory and crispy, but the potatoes are moist. I peeled them when I got home and put the rest in the freezer. I think I'll be full even if I don't buy any other bread for a while.

I only recently found out there was a shop like this in my neighborhood, and since I heard there’s usually a wait, I gave up because it was too cold in winter. But then I went in before 12, and the bread I wanted was still there, so I bought it. It’s naturally fermented, so I trust it, and the taste is definitely different from bread made with store-bought yeast. Perfect as a meal bread. Once the weather warms up a bit, I’m planning to try the jambon beurre.
