쇼유라멘 차슈가 정말 맛있고, 면추가 500원을 하면 배부르게 먹을 수 있는게 너무 좋아요! 깔끔한 육수에 쇼유맛이 도드라지는게 특징. 이 가격에 차슈 3가지랑 계란까지! 좋습니다!!

친절하신 사장님 옛날에 먹어 기억이 잘 안나지만 가쓰오맛이 인상깊었던게 생각난다 가격 대비하여 과한 구성의 라멘 맛도 확실히 평균 이상이다 각각 토핑들의 퀄리티도 상당하고 본인이 좋아하는 후추도 살짝 올라가는데다가 탁상조미료에 있어 마음에 드는 업장 개인적으로 근처에 살았다면 맥주한잔 시키고 푸짐하게 쇼유라멘 한그릇하며 하루를 마무리하기에 더 없이 좋을 것 같단 생각이 드는 매장이다 단 하나 단점이 의자가 매우 불편했던 기억이 있다 3.5/5.0

블랙쇼유라멘, 11000원. 신메뉴가 추가됐길래 와봤다. 닭가슴살과 돼지차슈, 멘마, 계란 정도가 들어있다. 고기 양이 상당히 많다. 다른 곳들에서 차슈 추가를 한 것과 비슷한 정도다. 가성비는 매우 좋은 축에 속한다. 국물은 확실히 헤비한 편이다. 기름이 상당히 많아서 좀 기름지고, 염도도 극단적인 수준까진 아니지만 조금 있다. 그리고 적당한 감칠맛에 산미가 좀 있다. 차슈 퀄리티도 준수했다. 적당히 부드러웠다. 그리고 전체적인 양이 꽤나 넉넉한 편이다. 밥이나 면추가를 하지 않아도 상당히 든든하다.

홍대 큐멘 찐한 간장맛이 특징인 블랙쇼유라멘 오픈초부터 방문하고있는데 점점 맛이 잡혀서 좋습니다! 찐한 국물이 흡사 간짜장이 생각났습니다 풍족하게 잘먹고갑니다! 번창하세요

🍜 쇼유라멘2 쇼유1과 2의 차이점은 챠슈 토핑인데 둘 다 챠슈가 아주 부드러웠고, 뜨끈한 국물은 짭짤한 편이지만 맛있게 잘 먹었어요~ 가격대비 토핑도 많고 근처 올때 재방문 예정!

블랙쇼유와 고기밥먹고 왔어요 블랙은 간도 완벽하고 토핑이 특히나 푸짐해서 하나하나 골라먹는 재미가 너무 좋았습니다 다음에 또 방문하면 블랙을 먹을거 같아요 차슈도 너무 맛있고 조합이 하나하나 잘 어울려요

A single-menu gem in front of Hongdae -- shoyu ramen. The classic shoyu flavor is perfectly nailed, the samgyeop chashu and chicken chashu were super tender and delicious, and they really captured that clean, light taste. It's a hidden gem in the Hongdae alleyways, so find it and try it!

The new Black Shoyu Ramen is great. The chashu is pretty good!

The marinated egg was flavored all the way through to the yolk, the pork chashu was soft with a gentle soy sauce aroma, the chicken chashu had zero gaminess, the bamboo shoots had a satisfying crunch, and the noodles had just the right bite in a subtly tangy, nutty broth. Every bit worth 11,000 won. Wishing you great success!

I'm a Hongik University student and came after seeing reviews posted on the school community app. Overall it was good — the toppings like meat were generous for the price, and the egg and pork belly chashu were really delicious. The egg was cooked to perfection in particular. I also had the meat rice bowl (not in the photos) and they loaded it with meat, so portion-wise I was very satisfied — definitely left full. The owner greeted us warmly which was a nice touch too. One small downside was that some of the chairs were the single-leg kind, which looked a bit unstable. I'd like to come back and hope you keep it up for a long time!
