일요일 카운터 직원의 응대가 매우 불친절했습니다. 결제 과정에서 약간의 문제가 있었는데 카운터에서 지인을 기다리던 중 직원 두 분이 서로 대화하며 “~했으면서 나한테 난리다”와 같은 식으로 고객을 뒷담화하는 내용을 직접 듣게 되었습니다. 직원 간 사적인 대화일 수는 있지만 당사자 고객이 있을수도 있는 자리에서 이런 발언을 하는 것은 매우 부적절하다고 느꼈습니다. 서비스에 대한 기본적인 태도가 아쉬웠습니다.
