Yesterday evening around 8pm, before choosing and paying for the side dishes, I told the staff that I would use “Seoul Pay 6,000 Won” and now I only have “1,000 Won in Points”. I can’t forget the irritating tone and look in my eyes. Before paying, I even told you the amount that I would be using Seoul Pay. Yesterday, the person who was tall and wore glasses~ was alone. A few months ago, he only told the staff that he was using Seoul Pay, but didn't tell the amount. The staff said that he doesn't have enough money~ He sighed and asked the customer in an annoyed tone, "Is it okay to do this?" I just endured it and moved on. I don't know why you treated the customer like that when you bought the side dishes yesterday. Guests don't expect much kindness. I hope you will listen to what our customers say.
