I visited after hearing a rumor... I liked that the Jjamppong soup was not salty or thick even though it was long after meal time. There was nothing special about the contents or the noodles... I plan to visit again and try other things.
Sweet and sour pork and red pepper japchae rice are delicious.

A delicious soybean paste restaurant. Today's mixed rice wasn't that good... I enjoyed it 😀

Samseon Jjamppong is not spicy and contains a lot of seafood such as squid and octopus. The japchae rice is delicious without being dry. After all, old stores have their reasons.

It's definitely a restaurant with soybean paste + sweet and sour pork, and the xiao long bao was even better than expected. There were many different dishes and I saw unfamiliar dish names, so I want to visit again.

Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong were so delicious. However, the sweet and sour pork and xiao long bao had a strong pork smell, so it was difficult to eat them. I had high expectations after seeing good reviews, but I hate leaving food, and I was so hungry that I forced myself to eat it all.

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 It is not a restaurant that has been in the same place for 75 years since it opened in 1951, but even if it were a company, this would be unique. Dongheunggwan is such a place. Nearby, Daehan Electric Wire, which sold a lot of black bean noodles, left, and Kia Motors changed hands to Hyundai Motors. There is a restaurant in Siheung that promises to be 100 years old. The owner of Dongheunggwan, Jang Gwe (expletive) Jjangke) is so sincere about this place that he even airlifted Qin Shi Huang's soldiers from Xi'an. He is the person who is creating a living history of Korean Chinese restaurants that will continue for more than a hundred years. The 2nd boss is already over 70, so all the food at this restaurant is delicious. My favorite foods are Uni Jjajang, fried dumplings, and Sao Long Pao. The Uni Jjajang is made with finely chopped meat and stir-fried with Chunjang, making it bursting with umami. The fried dumplings have thick skin, but the dough is fully ripened, so they are extremely chewy.

Basic refers to the part that is the basis and foundation of something, or the most basic and basic thing. Dongheunggwan is a place like that. It is a place that serves the best Chinese food with a very basic taste without any fancy decoration. If you are looking for a unique Chinese restaurant, it is a pretty good choice in terms of cost-effectiveness, atmosphere, and menu diversity. In particular, basic menu items such as soybean paste have a high success rate, and jjamppong is not made by adding flashy colors, but the original taste of the ingredients. It offers a unique taste. Ah, Jjamppong has always tasted like this. It has been passed down from generation to generation for 70 years through the father, son, and grandson of Chinese origin. In short, it is a Chinese restaurant that develops Chinese food that is closest to the taste of Koreans who have maintained local Chinese and Taiwanese cooking methods, with no Korean employees and all Chinese chefs. You are the taste of Chinese food for 70 years in Geumcheon-gu.

#Dongheunggwan #Siheung-dong restaurant #LiveToday #FindDeliciousTV #Blue Ribbon Restaurant This is a 70-year-old long-time Chinese restaurant known for jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The place is also huge at about 200 pyeong, and with so many menu items we ordered samseon gan-jjajang, soegogi tangmyeon, and samseon udon. My favorite was the samseon udon, with a refreshing, 깊은 broth and lots of seafood that does a great job of curing a hangover. The soegogi tangmyeon has a spicy, rich beef broth that feels like a mix of mala tang and beef noodles; add the special chili oil sauce and it gets even spicier, so if you can't handle spice, leave it out. The bean sprouts and mixed vegetables also give it a bit of a Vietnamese pho feel. The samseon gan-jjajang tastes good too, but it's thick like regular jjajang, and it comes with plenty of seafood; even the regular portion is as big as a large. Overall: ★★★
