Sunday 3/8, around 3:20 PM, the man in charge of the kiosk, why are you working so wrong? You may be familiar with the store as you see it every day, but customers who are using it for the first time or for the first time in a while are bound to be unfamiliar with the store system. The kiosk payment screen is also strange. It only shows a screen asking you to insert a card or some kind of gift certificate. How does an ordinary customer know whether it is inserting a card or not? When I pressed the employee call button, he didn't want to come even though he was done with his work, so I called him verbally again and only then did he come.
