키오스크 진료비 수납을하고 카드결재를 했는데 똑 같은 영수증이 2개 발급되서 이상하다는 생각이 들었습니다..... 설마하다가 그래도 이상해서 안내인에게 물어보니 카드 사용내역을 확인해보라고 하서 확인했습니다.... 확인하고 대단히 놀랄 수밖에 없었습니다. 기계가 자동으로 진료비를 2번 중복해서 받았더군요.... 헐~~~세상에 이런일이...... 불량 청소년도 아니고....불량기계? 과잉충성기계? ㅋ~ 이런 일이 발생할 수도 있다는 사실에 깜짝 놀랐습니다... 조금이라도 이상하다싶으면 다시 확인해서 큰 손해를 방지해야겠습니다...... 병원은 컴퓨터 퓨로그램을 철저하게 점검해서 병원의 신뢰성을 제고하고 이런 오류가 다시 발생하지 않기를 바랍니다....
