I visited Guryongak Garak Market branch for a company dinner and was more satisfied than expected. The flow of the course was really good, starting with fresh abalone, raw abalone, shark fin dish, Geumsa paulownia sea cucumber, wild bunch asparagus, fish scented eggplant, green vegetable, and green leaf pork. As each plate went by, I felt the power of the composition, and it looked neat, so I felt like I was being treated well. The dishes weren't rushed all at once, they were served at appropriate times according to the pace of the meal, conversation didn't stop, and the staff were friendly in their explanations and responses, making the atmosphere more comfortable. Even though it was Chinese food, it wasn't overly heavy, and even the jjamppong at the end was a very clean and satisfying meal. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place for a company dinner or meeting near Garak Market, and I think I will visit again if I come to the area. The space is calm and private, so it is good for a meeting or parents' meal.

We had a group dinner today at Guryonggak located in Garak Market. Personally, I went to the Yangjae branch because it is my favorite Chinese restaurant, but today we met again near Jamsil and chose Guryongak. Thanks to its spacious and luxurious interior, it is a space optimized for group gatherings, and the service is also attentive and friendly, making it suitable for important occasions. Today, I ordered the 69,000 won course, and everyone was impressed by the generous amount of various seafood, including large and fresh abalone. In particular, my colleagues were very satisfied with the sauce as it was not spicy but had a deep and luxurious taste. The sweet and sour pork was crispy, and even the black bean paste and jjamppong that came with the meal were of excellent perfection, making it a pleasant meal until the end. Overall, I am very satisfied because it is a place where I can truly ‘feel like I was treated well’!

This time, I made a reservation for a company dinner and ate the full course meal, and the plating was neat from the first appetizer, so my expectations were high from the start. In particular, the sauce for the Oryong sea cucumber that was served in the middle was soft and not too overpowering, so I kept eating it, and the wild mushroom dish had a great texture, so I enjoyed it. The sweet and sour pork was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, so I felt like I had the basics covered, and the final dongpo pork was definitely very delicious. Overall, I liked that the course flow continued naturally without interruption, and the portions were sufficient, so I felt full after the meal. I recommend it for a special day or anniversary gathering, and if you are looking for a delicious restaurant in Jamsil, a restaurant in Garak Market, or course Chinese food, I recommend Guryongak.🫶🏻

While looking for a place to meet near Garak Mall, I went to Guryongak Garak Market Station and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere of the store was clean and the staff responded reassuringly. We ordered the yong course. The course meal looked good and had a good balance of flavors, so I was satisfied throughout the meal. I was surprised by the size of the abalone cold salad and it was fresh. The dishes with crab meat and vegetables were also delicious. The Dongpo pork was impressively soft and rich in flavor, and the overall course flow was smooth, making it a satisfying meal. This Chinese restaurant is perfect for family gatherings or important meals.

I am sincere about Chadol Jjamppong. It has a good shape and contains a lot of large pieces of meat. The sweet and sour pork was freshly fried, so I enjoyed dipping the hot meat in the sauce. All the vegetables in Samseonganjjajang are alive and well. Overall, I am satisfied.

At this dinner party, we ordered a 69,000 won course meal, and everyone in our group praised it because it was well-organized and the quality of each item was excellent. The refreshing cold appetizer that started the meal whetted my appetite, and the dongpo pork that followed was so soft that it melted in my mouth. In particular, the crispy sweet and sour pork and savory fish-flavored eggplant went well with black Yantai Kaoliang wine. It's a shame that I didn't take many pictures because the alcohol was so addictive. It was a special course that did not miss out on the popular yet deep flavor, including Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong, which were chosen as the finishing meal! The spacious and comfortable atmosphere doubled the enjoyment of the meeting, and the staff were very friendly.

It is located inside Garak Mall, so it is easily accessible and parking is convenient, making it a great place to visit. Overall, the quality of food compared to the price is high, making it a recommended place for a special occasion meal.

We had a leisurely and enjoyable time having dinner at Guryongak Garak Market! The course I ordered is the Yong course!! It felt like a special meal as I was able to taste various courses one after another in a clean and luxurious atmosphere. With this level of quality, shouldn't a Chinese restaurant in a 5-star hotel charge at least 200,000 won per person plus 10% VAT and 15% service tip? The 69,000 won course is absolutely perfect! Starting with cold abalone, the menu was prepared with great care, such as shark fin dish and sea cucumber dish, and each dish was light yet deep in flavor. In particular, the dongpa meat was impressive for its soft texture and rich flavor, and the final meal and dessert were neatly finished, so it was a satisfying raw onion. I highly recommend a fun evening gathering with good food and conversation in a comfortable atmosphere.

I went to Guryonggak. Wow, this place was better than I expected for a group gathering. The store was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable, so it would be a good place for family gatherings or group meals. The dongpo pork was really soft and the sauce was rich and delicious, and the mushroom and vegetable dish was presented neatly, so I was satisfied. The ambience was even better when it was served with Yantai kaoliang wine. I would recommend it to those looking for a Chinese restaurant that is good for groups.

After completing my education at KYG Success University, I had an after-party with alumni at Guryongak Garak Mall branch. I ordered the ‘DRAGON course’ and each course, from cold abalone to winter pork, was presented well and tasted really great. The food was clean and the ingredients tasted good, so all of the alumni who were with us were satisfied. The atmosphere was good for sharing experiences and having a good time after the training. This is a place I would recommend for a meeting or after-party.
