Because it is a cafe run by Maxim, the entire building is interesting. There is a coffee research center and a separate library, so it would be nice to study. Coffee is also Maxim.

The store is spacious and has an elevator, making it easy to use. The interior is pretty and there are a variety of seats so you can choose where you sit. When ordering Americano, you can choose the coffee beans.

The space is spacious and has an open feel, which is nice. It was nice to drink delicious coffee while waiting for my daughter to look at the vinyl shop next door~^^

I think it's been 3 years since I visited, but the coffee has gotten even better. There are plenty of seats, so you can use them whenever you visit, and it's also great for working on your laptop :)

I went to the Maxim Plant Cafe that my friend wanted to visit!!!! Everything from the basement to the 3rd floor is a Maxim cafe!!! There aren't many seats for 4 people to sit together. There are quite a few places for 2 people to sit together. The atmosphere is nice ^-^

The coffee is clean and the desserts are delicious.

Maxim Plant, near Hangangjin Station, gave an overwhelming first impression as more than just a cafe. The sense of openness rarely seen in the city center, the ceiling of the space where orders are received and extracted were boldly opened up to the second floor, and the large installation art that filled the floor space suggested that this place was designed as a work of art. Here, I naturally thought of Ediya Coffee Lab in Nonhyeon-dong. The attempt by Maxim, synonymous with mixed coffee, to expand its coffee philosophy into the realm of culture is very similar to Ediya Coffee Lab. The flagship store operation method of opening a huge roastery room, providing specialty coffee tasting opportunities, and allowing customers to directly experience the depth of the brand are all similar. I drank a cafe latte on the 3rd floor terrace. It felt light at the first sip, but after two or three sips, I was gradually captivated by the refreshing and light taste rather than the heaviness.

The coffee is decorated with a different concept on each floor of the huge coffee tower operated by Maxim Maxim, and you can even see a large roastery space in the basement. It's as big as a factory! I usually don't eat anything in my coffee, but I tried the products using mixed coffee because it was fun haha. It's sweet. There are lots of seats and plenty of space between tables. There are also seats where you can lie down, so let's hurry up to the second floor first.

I found it interesting that the coffee roasting facility on the first basement floor looked like a brewery. Other than that, I don't know if the taste of the coffee or the menu itself had something unique to Maxim, but I had the impression that it was an ordinary delicious cafe, but I think it would be fun to make the concept a little more suitable for mixed coffee.

I came back because the fall seasonal coffee I had last time was so good, but of course it had already switched to winter 😍😂 I guess I’ll have to wait until next fall haha. The matcha latte was really good too, and their decaf is genuinely tasty 👍 And the one I really recommend is the salted caramel s’mores cookie! It’s chewy and packed with flavor. It’s not crumbly or hard at all, which makes it even better. I ended up having two coffees haha, it was that good.
