I visited the Porter store at The Hyundai on October 7th. I asked a nearby employee (a male staff member with small eyes) to explain the material differences between two similar-looking products, and he curtly replied, "They're different products, so obviously the materials are different..." When I asked the price twice because I couldn't remember, he sighed and said, "It's XX won. I just told you..." It was disappointing to see Porter's core values of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction being undermined by such rude service. I'm leaving this review in hopes they retrain their staff for a better experience next time.
