True to Lotte Hotel's reputation for hospitality — every staff member was genuinely kind. Loved the service where they took our family photo at the Lunar New Year bokjumeoni display by the entrance and brought the printed photo to our table 👍 The warm daege and tuna sushi were the best dishes. The reasonable number of tables meant no long food lines even when fully booked. Compared to La Seine at the Sogong-dong location, the food was generally better at Sogong-dong.

영수증 인식 후 금액이 이상하게 나오네요. 평일 점심 성인 2명이고 롯데호텔 홈페이지 예약으로 10퍼센트 할인 받았습니다. 연휴 이후 평일이라 그런지 붐비지 않아 조용하고 평화롭게 식사했어요. 깨끗하고 맛있는 음식들이 많고 좋아하는 양갈비 맛있게 먹었어요. 웰컴 디쉬가 바닷가재 요리였는데 고급진 맛입니다ㅎㅎ 기념일로 남편과 같이 갔는데 둘 다 만족했고요 가나초콜렛 사용한 디저트가 많아서 초코홀릭 이신 분들 추천합니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔이나 백화점 쪽 주차공간에 여유가 많지 않았어요. 더 일찍 갔어야 하나봅니다. 차량은 식사 중에 직원 분이 돌아다니시면서 등록해 주시고 4시간 지원됩니다. 또 기념일에 가보고 싶습니다.

시그니엘 호텔 묵으면서 저녁 먹으러 라세느 방문했어요! 좋아하는 양갈비랑 랍스타 위주로 공략 양갈비에 민트젤리 올려 먹으니 조합이 진짜 좋아요..! 잡내 없이 부드럽고 만족스러웠습니당 랍스타도 양념이 살짝 되어 있는 느낌인데 촉촉하고 비린내도 안나요 ㅠㅠㅠ LA갈비랑 단새우도 상태 좋았고, 질기거나 비린 맛 없이 무난하게 맛있었습니다🤤 다만 기대했던 킹크랩은 살이 조금 질겨서 아쉽고 북경오리는 잡내가 살짝 느껴졌음😢 그래도 디저트 종류 다양하고, 무엇보다 양갈비가 만족스러워서 전반적으로는 기분 좋게 먹었슴니당 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았어요! 배부르게 잘 먹고 갑니다~~!!

먹을만한 메뉴들로 구성 배치나 포지셔닝이 좋음 회는 조금 아쉬웟음 무름 킹크랩이 차가운거 따뜻한거 둘다 수율 좋음 양고기 맛있음 나머지 그릴류 쏘소 디저트나 카페/차 종류가 좋네요 로네펠트 홍차라인업 굿 당연히 일반뷔페보다 퀄 훨씬 좋음

맛있어요~ 오늘부터 크랩52에서 라세느로 최애 뷔페를 바꿨습니다. 모든 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 크랩52와 비교하면 신선한 우니가 없는 점이 조금 아쉬웠고, 과일은 확실히 크랩52가 망고나 딸기가 무제한 제공되어 더 나았던 것 같아요. 반면, 킹크랩, 대게, 랍스터 같은 해산물은 라세느가 별로 떨어지지 않고, 고기류는 양과 질 모두 라세느가 압승 같습니다. 그리고, 크랩52 서빙 방식이 바껴서 줄도 길게 서야 했는데, 라세느는 음식 종류가 많아서 줄을 길게 서지 않아도 되네요. 저는 초가 조금 많이 들어간 일식을 좋아해서, 일식 보다는 싱싱한 해산물과 고기류를 주로 먹었습니다. 너무 종류가 많아서 중식은 많이 먹지 못해 아쉽네요. 재방문 의사 200% 입니다~

아버지 생신인데 아산병원 진료 있어 오신김에 근처 잠실 라세느에서 식사하려고 예약했어요~ 평일 네이버 할인가로 예약하니 좋네요^^ 종류도 다양하고 맛도 있었어요. 단새우,연어회 맛있어서 두번 먹고.. 커피류도 맛있구요. 중간중간 확인하시며 정리 도와주셔서 식사 편하게 했어요. 근데 가지새우튀겨진거(이름을 모르겠어요) 엄청 딱딱?단단?해서 포크로도 잘 안찔리더라구요..^^;; 입장 퇴장 모두 친절하게 도와주셨구요. 런치마감 시간은 15시래요.. 가나 케이크는 안먹어봤네요. 이벤트하는지 모르고ㅎㅎ 소원트리 이벤트 있어서 참여했어요~ 부모님께서 연세가 있으셔서 많이 못드셔서 아쉬움이 살짝 있었어요..

Visited on Christmas Day, December 25th ^^ I had put myself on the waitlist a week before and it came through! This was my second visit to La Seine. This time they even served us a glass of champagne as a welcome drink — so good!! From the grill menu, the LA-style short ribs and lobster are a must — get them three times if you can. For pasta, the vongole is the one to order! The menu changes each visit, but if it's available, have the vongole twice lol. The Korean dishes were also really popular — I piled up the yukhoe (beef tartare) and grilled deodeok. From the moment we arrived, seated, served coffee or tea, all the way until we left — the staff were kind from start to finish. My girlfriend accidentally left her lip balm behind and they actually contacted us, so we dashed back to retrieve it ^^ After-service super nice!! It was such a fun and happy experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends!

생일날 가족들과 함께 다녀왔는데 너무너무 좋았어요. 신선한 재료들과 너무 맛이좋고, 배불리 먹고나서도 더부룩한느낌없는 아주 훌륭한 식사였습니다. 추후에 또 방문할 예정이며, 예약부터 친절하게 도와주신 라세느 직원분들께 감사합니다 🙏

For year-end our family headed to La Seine 🚗🚗 Even though our family of three doesn't eat huge portions, the food quality at La Seine makes it totally worth the cost 👍👍 As a hotel buffet expert, the LA galbi and gul-jjambbong (oyster spicy noodle) base are excellent. The basic hansik (Korean dishes) were perfectly seasoned, and the Western-style lamb ribs had great doneness and seasoning too. Dessert lineup was spot-on with no filler and the sushi freshness was 👍👍👍 Staff were very neat and friendly — enjoyed the whole meal with zero discomfort 🙈🙈 The overall food isn't overly stimulating and has great flavor balance, making it better than other places for bringing elderly family. Great choice for family gatherings or anniversary dinners — reliable and solid 😋😋😋

Visited La Seine Buffet for a high school reunion~ Wow, it totally lived up to the hype! Lobster! Lamb chops! The best!!! Lost count of how many rounds we did~~~ ^^ This place is absolutely the lobster and lamb spot everyone talks about!!! Everything was delicious!!! The sashimi was wonderfully chewy~ All the desserts were so pretty you almost felt bad eating them~ Every single piece of fruit was sweet~~~ How can everything be this good~~~~~~~ ㅠㅠ Catching up with old friends — this is happiness~ It's too pricey to come often~ but I'll definitely be back from time to time~^^
