결제 금액 확인차 되물었을 뿐인데, 살다 살다 이런 일을 당할 줄은 꿈에도 몰랐습니다. 갑자기 발작하듯 욕설을 퍼부으며 바코드기로 책상을 내리치는데, 현실감이 없어서 몰래카메라가 아닌가 주변을 두리번거릴 정도로 황당하고 공포스러웠습니다. 혼자 남은 저를 타겟 삼아 카운터 밖으로 뛰쳐나와 코앞까지 다가와 삿대질하며 위협하는데, 극심한 공포에 몸이 떨리고 눈물이 쏟아졌습니다. 경찰이 출동했음에도 반성은커녕 적반하장으로 고함을 지르는 비상식적인 사람입니다. 본사 민원 공식 접수 완료했습니다. 제대로 된 징계 등 납득할 만한 조치가 없을 시, CCTV 확보하여 모욕 및 협박죄로 법적 대응 예정입니다. 특히 새벽에 혼자 방문하실 분들, 본인 안전을 위해 여기 절대 가지 마세요.
