파스타앤도우에서 알리오올리오를 먹었는데, 정말 제대로 된 맛이었다. 올리브오일의 풍미가 진하게 배어 있고 마늘 향이 깊게 퍼져 입안 가득 감칠맛이 느껴졌다. 면은 알맞게 익혀져 탱글탱글한 식감이 살아 있었고, 페퍼론치노의 살짝 매콤한 여운이 느끼함 없이 깔끔하게 마무리해줘 정말 만족스러웠다. 재료는 심플하지만 맛은 결코 단순하지 않아 기본에 충실한 알리오올리오의 정석 같은 느낌이었다. 분위기도 세련되고 아늑해서 여유 있게 식사하기 좋았고, 다음엔 다른 메뉴도 꼭 먹어보고 싶다.

A hidden local gem. The staff were super friendly and the vibe was great. Both the pasta and salad were delicious. Visited with my kid and they were so attentive to every detail — really appreciated it. Definitely want to come back.

The lasagna and aglio e olio were just rich enough, thick and creamy, with a slight cream-cheese flavor coming through, totally my style haha. The aglio e olio also had a little smoky char that was tasty.
