The room was a bit dry. The bedding was heavy and I had a hard time sleeping.

I love the bathroom. The room is not small and I like it...and the counter staff is friendly and pretty^^

Room condition is good and bedding is comfortable~

I stayed nearby to use the Seoul National University Hospital Health Checkup Center... but there was no heating at all; I stayed in a suite... It's a bit smaller than a deluxe room in a regular hotel; The standard room felt like a studio and was too small, so I paid an additional fee on site to upgrade... but they charged quite a bit of extra money; The staff was very friendly and nice, but the management of the facilities seemed a bit lacking. It's nice to have toothbrushes, which have disappeared from other hotels these days...
